Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Partner who will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting organisational growth. This role entails leading projects from conception to delivery, collaborating across functions and geographies to achieve business goals.

You will work closely with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include organisational change, process optimisation, and contributing to the design and adoption of people programs, ensuring the company is set up to scale efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects from inception to delivery, collaborating across functions and geographies to achieve business goals.
  • Partnering with multi-disciplinary teams to analyse challenges, design and implement tailored frameworks addressing functional needs.
  • Using data insights to identify trends, optimise processes and enhance organisational performance.
  • Partnering on organisational change such as org design, process improvements, and scaling strategies, ensuring stakeholder readiness and adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in a consulting, business analyst or business partner role.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception to delivery.
  • Skill in designing and implementing tailored solutions for diverse functions.
  • Expertise in high-performance culture and process improvements.
