Are you a seasoned bid coordinator ready to play a key role in shaping major construction projects?

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to support high-value pre-qualifications and bid submissions.

You'll coordinate and lead pre-qualification and tender submissions across a range of sectors, manage the bid/no-bid process, and develop compelling content including project references and sector-specific responses.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to present our value proposition clearly and competitively. Handle submission platforms, tender queries, and post-bid data entry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional with 5+ years' experience in bid/proposal coordination in construction, engineering, or a related industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
  • InDesign and Creative Cloud experience is advantageous.

A completed relevant third-level qualification such as Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil or Structural Engineering, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design/Visual Communication is required.
