Regional Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Strategy Manager to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving data-informed decision-making within the region.
About The Role:You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and support key strategic initiatives. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations.
As a seasoned professional with 7+ years of strategy, operations, and analytics experience, you will bring a track record of driving growth and expertise in sales operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Partner with EMEA GM and the EMEA leadership team to define and drive strategy (e.g. territory mapping, long-term account planning, geographic expansion) and results for the region by conducting insightful analysis on local EMEA markets and customers.
- Own and drive the regional rhythm of the business, including business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management cadences.
- Support regional sales leaders and sales teams in achieving their goals by providing actionable insights and visibility to sales performance metrics.
