About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding service to our customers. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Your main responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and providing clear explanations of technical information.


Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and the workshop team. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed. Experience with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems is essential.
