About the Job

We are seeking a Client Service Executive, Associate to join our Wealth Management division.

">

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a team of Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers.

">

The role involves acting as the first point of contact for clients, dealing promptly and efficiently with their queries, and assisting in delivering departmental projects.

">

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for collating documentation for client meetings, auditing customer relationship management systems, and managing follow-up activities from client meetings.

About You

">

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, a flexible attitude towards work, and a professional telephone manner.

">

A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative position, preferably in the financial services sector, is required.

">

A degree or master's level in Business or Finance is desirable, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
