Lead Bartender

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on a supervisory role in our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, setting high standards, and driving success across all areas of the bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise and train staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships with precision and efficiency
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues swiftly and professionally, upholding our commitment to excellence
  • Assume a leadership position when required, guiding the team towards common goals and objectives

Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality is essential.
