We are looking for a sound, talented and dynamicSupervisorto join our team in The Skeff Bar & Kitchen Responsibilities: Upholding constant level of staff productivity Ongoing staff training in coffee, cocktails, spirits, wine & food items Ensure quality & safety controls followed Keeping the food and beverage department constantly organised & checklists adhered to Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example Comply with all company policies and procedures Maintain demeanor in fast paced environment & equally make use of downtime effectively Till and safe count opening and closing Keeping staff motivated Correct breaks taken in timely manner Assigning sections and delegating tasks Requirements: Experience within a high-volume venue would be beneficial but not essential Flexibility with shift times Be committed to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession.
