Bar Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. Exceptional customer service skills are essential in this role, as you will be responsible for leading by example and fostering a positive working environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume venue, although this is not essential.
  • Flexibility with shift times is also important, as well as a commitment to personal improvement and advancement in their profession.
About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires attention to detail, level-headedness, and consistency. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure with a good sense of humor, approachable with excellent people skills and superior customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold a consistent level of staff productivity.
  • Provide ongoing training in coffee, cocktails, spirits, wine, and food items.
  • Ensure quality and safety controls are followed.
  • Maintain a well-organized food and beverage department.
  • Foster a positive working environment and lead by example.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
