Bar Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead the team in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. If you have previous experience in a similar role and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety controls while ensuring efficient staff productivity.
  • Provide ongoing training to enhance staff skills in coffee, cocktails, spirits, wine, and food items.
  • Organize the food and beverage department, ensuring checklists are adhered to and procedures are followed.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and set an example for colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work flexibly under pressure and maintain a good sense of humor while being approachable to colleagues and customers alike.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a high-volume venue is beneficial but not essential.
  • Flexibility with shift times is required.
  • A commitment to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession is essential.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
