About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our fast-paced food and beverage team. As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff on coffee, cocktails, spirits, wine, and food items.
  • Maintain quality control measures throughout the food and beverage department.
  • Ensure adherence to checklists and maintain a well-organized department.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and lead by example.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and ensure open communication.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume venue is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility with shift times and a commitment to personal growth and development.
  • A keen eye for detail and hands-on leadership skills.
  • A level-headed and consistent nature, with trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a good sense of humor and excellent people skills.
  • Superior customer service skills and previous experience in the food and beverage industry.
