The Role
  • Consistently provide amazing service to guests.
  • Greet regular guests by name, demonstrating a genuine interest in their experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and wine, making confident recommendations.
  • Demonstrate friendly, courteous, and professional behavior at all times.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue opportunities whenever possible.
  • Support various departments as required, showcasing adaptability and teamwork skills.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Prior hotel experience in a 4/5-star establishment is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in high-volume/fast-paced environments has provided valuable skills.
  • A background in busy food and beverage operations will be beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Micros experience would be an asset in streamlining operations.
