Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the highest level of service quality and guest satisfaction.
  2. Manage and coordinate food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
  3. Lead and motivate staff to achieve excellent results and meet deadlines.
  4. Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient operations.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
