The Victoria Hotel Galway is seeking a dynamic individual to join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Assistant. This exciting opportunity offers an excellent chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and taking orders with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:- Take and serve orders to customers with a smile
- Maintain high levels of quality service by ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate orders
- Collaborate with the breakfast supervisor and food and beverage manager to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and update stock levels variances for efficient inventory management
- Cover early morning bar shifts, serving drinks and food to guests
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Show initiative and be proactive in addressing guest concerns
- Knowledge of bar service is a desirable asset
- Job Types: Fully flexible - Morning shifts

This role requires a positive attitude and a can-do approach. You must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
