Bar Supervision Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Skeff Bar & Kitchen.


As part of our dedicated hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that all drinks and food are served in a timely and efficient manner.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar management role;
  • Ambitious and proactive approach to achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team;
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating point of sale systems;
  • Knowledge of beverages and spirits, including wine, beer, and cocktails.
