A leading environmental services company is seeking an experienced professional to manage and operate their state-of-the-art water treatment plant.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes:

  • Monitoring and controlling process parameters, chemical levels, and equipment operations
  • Performing laboratory sampling and analysis, including basic and advanced chemical, biological, and bacteriological tests
  • Preparing reports and documentation, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with management, technicians, and other stakeholders to achieve operational objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience (1-3 years) in industrial process operations, preferably in a wastewater or water treatment environment
  • Knowledge of waste water treatment processes and sludge treatment processes
  • Good understanding of quality, environmental, and safety management systems
  • Strong technical capability, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective time management
