Returns Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Returns Agent at Dublin Airport. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with all staff to ensure seamless vehicle collection and return processes.
  • Continuously strive for excellence in customer service and damage standards, while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in these areas.
  • Process all workshop vehicles in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Maintain open communication with fleet supervisors to guarantee vehicles meet company standards.
  • Achieve high levels of adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Your Skills:
  • Valid full clean B driving license held for a minimum of 2 years is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, is necessary.
