Customer Returns Agent Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Returns Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all staff to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and damage standards.
  • Process workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with fleet supervisors and damages department.

Requirements:

  • Full clean B driving license held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
