Global Risk Manager

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to support business continuity and incident response efforts on a global scale.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain operational resiliency plans and business impact assessments across all business groups.
- Facilitate tabletop exercises of business continuity and incident response scenarios, documenting findings and recommendations in an After-Action Report (AAR).
- Assist with developing and enforcing schedules for regularly occurring tests of business continuity and systems recovery processes.
- Maintain and enhance established policies, playbooks, and incident response procedures.
- Participate in external business continuity management organizations and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with business partners and leadership.
- Ability to establish effective relationships through strong listening skills and a desire to be curious.
- Proficiency in crisis management, cybersecurity, business impact analysis, disaster recovery, and operational resiliency is highly desirable.
