Job Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers to ensure they achieve their goals and objectives using our solutions. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing customer success plans to drive adoption and growth of our solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams to ensure seamless handoffs and meet customer needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling our solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or consumption-based technology company.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
