We are seeking an Electrophysiology Clinical Specialist to join our team.

As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of Boston Scientific's Electrophysiology Product Portfolio. This includes serving as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development, educating customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of EP devices by giving presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace. They should be able to communicate complex technical and clinical details effectively and build relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers. Additionally, they must be fluent in the local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher), with additional language skills being an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
  • Educate customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of EP devices.
  • Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of EP systems and their components.
  • Provide initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for development teams and sales representatives on EP products, development processes, features, and procedures involving those products and features.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients by traveling to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within hospitals and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in the local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
  • Additional language skills are an asset.
