We are currently seeking a luxury sales specialist to fill a vacancy in our Limerick store.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for watches and a strong understanding of luxury timepieces. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice, and assisting customers in selecting and purchasing watches that meet their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on luxury watch collections.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalised service and consultation.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their lifestyle and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of horology, watch brands, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to share enthusiasm with customers.
