Automotive Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer experience is seamless, professional and satisfying.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing, maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Liaising with the workshop, service reception, warranty and parts department.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service while offering advice to customers regarding technical issues, costs, completion times etc.
- Determining workshop availability and scheduling customer bookings by phone, email or from walk-in customers wishing to book maintenance and repair work.
- Meeting customers when they arrive with their vehicle and establishing a clear understanding of what maintenance and repair work is to be carried out.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Motor industry experience.
- A full, valid and current driving licence.
