Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to take ownership of strategic accounts within the automotive industry.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive commercial performance, ensure excellence in client service, and deliver operational excellence.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, build strong client relationships, and lead account reviews, meetings, and reporting cycles.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, liaising with internal teams across logistics, storage, and enhancement services.
  • Support account growth and retention through excellent service delivery.
  • Utilize ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and project management tools to manage client activity.
  • Represent the company on client site visits and industry engagements.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or key client service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to think strategically.
  • Confidence working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce experience an advantage).
  • Knowledge of the automotive or logistics industry is highly desirable.
  • Full clean driver's license.
