Job Title: Chef De Partie

We are seeking an experienced and skilled chef to join our kitchen team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a chef in a hotel or restaurant, and will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HACCP practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the head chef and sous chefs with day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • Take ownership of your station, which may include breakfast, carvery, bar-food, restaurant, banquets, and events
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, adhering to HACCP procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP practices
  • Able to work 45 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays
