We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef and sous chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant or food business environment. They will be required to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the head chef and sous chef with kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Chef in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week
