
Community Support Manager

We are seeking a skilled Community Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting clients in resolving inquiries, issues and complaints with empathy, speed and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the client's products and services and possess strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and a bias for action.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, think critically and make sound decisions.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring that clients have a positive and safe experience on our platform. This includes enforcing community standards and monitoring reports of abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain knowledge of client products and services
- Develop solutions to improve the overall user experience
- Monitor and enforce community standards
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Fluent in market language and English
- Cultural understanding of the market
- Experience in working in an office environment is preferable
- Extremely reliable, consistent and hard-working
- Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
- Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects to work on
- Ability to learn new information quickly
- Eligible to work in Ireland full-time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European)
