Procurement Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven procurement expert with a passion for food manufacturing and supply chain excellence to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role, particularly in the food, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and indirect goods to meet business requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to ensure best value for the organization.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production teams to maintain supply continuity and minimize inventory risks.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, quality, finance, and logistics to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure purchasing activities align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, supplier compliance, and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
