Salary Details
The salary for this position is negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets, monitoring project costs, advising on procurement strategies, risk management, and contract administration, supporting and mentoring junior surveyors, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent service.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, RICS accreditation is beneficial. You should have strong expertise in cost planning, estimating, and commercial management, as well as a proven track record across various construction sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with leadership ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
