**Job Title:** Senior Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team supports business units and compliance professionals across the company, responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing a framework that ensures the division operates to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance.

The Senior AML Administrator is responsible for carrying out day-to-day functions involved in working within the AML team. Key responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and requesting AML documentation linked to the back book of business; conducting screenings on all clients and reviewing to identify true hits; and managing workload to ensure corporate and client deliverables are met.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the investment fund industry and its regulatory framework;
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulation within the financial services industry in Europe;
  • Very strong risk awareness, preferably EU legislation driving AML regulations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time to maximize efficiency and meet strict deadlines;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in English language (both verbal and written) essential;
  • Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities;
  • Positive 'can do' attitude with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Team player;
  • Flexible/adaptable;
  • P.C. proficient, particularly Excel and Word.
