Job Title: Quality and Compliance Expert

About the Role

The Quality and Compliance Expert is a vital position within our organization, playing a key role in ensuring all quality matters are addressed. Working closely with the Quality Manager, this individual will be responsible for enforcing relevant standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To enforce and promote compliance with established SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures.
  • To ensure that the appropriate standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) are maintained.
  • To originate, review, approve, maintain, and archive quality documentation, including policies, SOPs, etc.
  • To assist in the organization and delivery of training programs in this area.
  • To coordinate Quality Assurance raw data to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.
  • To collate raw data to support monthly quality arrangement system indicator (QMS) reporting.
  • To contribute to the delivery of QA projects as required.
  • To handle QA inquiries promptly and with due diligence.
  • To ensure all quality-critical documents are appropriately drawn up, maintained, reviewed, filed, and archived to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer expectations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate QA raw data, including change controls, CAPA management, deviation investigation, temperature excursion investigations, product discrepancy investigations, product recalls, and product quality complaints.
  • To manage the QA inbox.
  • To support the self-inspection process.
  • To support the supplier approvals process.
