Kitchen Porter Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the kitchen.


About the Job
  • As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • You will also ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas, floors, and storage areas.
  • In addition, you will assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables, preparing garnishes, and assisting chefs.
  • You will dispose of waste and recycling according to guidelines.
  • Furthermore, you will assist in receiving and storing deliveries.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, but it is not mandatory. We welcome hardworking individuals eager to learn.
  • You will need to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Physical stamina to handle job demands, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items, is essential.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
