IT Support and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a proactive professional to lead our IT and facilities operations.

This role requires a go-to person for all technical and logistical needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket system.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide IT training.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations.
  • Oversee inventory management and office logistics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.
  • Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of responsibilities, including technical support, facilities management and team collaboration.
