Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Galway. This role will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to work on financial analysis and budgeting, while also partnering with other departments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the annual budget (AOP) and 5-year strategic plan in partnership with other members of the finance team and heads of department
- Partner with two departments on all their budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and project accounting
- Overheads budgeting and financial analysis, providing deeper insights to senior leadership on spend on FTEs, agency staff, employee benefits, professional contract fees, and utilities expenditure
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with exposure to financial or commercial analysis that informed business decision-making from any sector
