Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end order process and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices. You will also be responsible for processing returns and ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery
- Process customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information to customers
- Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices
- Process returns and resolve issues
Customer Experience and Loyalty:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships
- Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
- Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service
Benefits:
- Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office
- Regular office hours (37.5 hours/week)
- 6 month or 12 month contract with the chance of extension
