Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Branch Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and driving sales growth across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines.

Key responsibilities include leading and coaching your team, helping them reach and beat targets, and working closely with customers and prospects to build strong relationships.

Additionally, you will be expected to ensure smooth and compliant processes, report on team performance, and participate in local networking opportunities and community partnerships.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with experience in people management or team leadership.

A CIP qualification is a must, and a full clean driver's licence is also required.
