Regional Sales Manager
About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to shape and deliver regional sales strategies that exceed revenue targets. You will build and strengthen long-term broker relationships, lead a team of account managers and sales support staff, partner with the Sales Director, and stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales or sales leadership within life assurance or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans that deliver results.
- Lead a team of account managers and sales support staff.
- Build and strengthen long-term broker relationships.
- Partner with the Sales Director to drive strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Strong background in sales or sales leadership within life assurance or financial services.
- Deep understanding of broker distribution and the market landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver results.
