Job Description

As a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building collaborative relationships with internal business partners and strategic relationships with suppliers. You will actively manage multiple activities, interface with all levels of management, and ensure the sourcing process aligns with our policies and goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and complete key strategic deals, including national master lease agreements, with small and medium tower company partners for macros, site modifications, and small cells projects.
  • Evaluate multiple variables to determine the best course during high-level negotiations, considering future rent impacts.
  • Assess and recommend ways to optimize the rent/lease portfolio to meet infrastructure build goals.

You will partner with the Network Real Estate Planning organization, as well as Sourcing, Finance, Contract Management, and Legal teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to develop category strategies, objectives, and plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of capital and expense budgeting and implementation processes.
  • Willingness to travel.
