Strategic Program Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional business projects and strategic initiatives that align with our operational and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with demonstrable experience in delivering complex projects and initiatives. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with leadership and project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage program strategies and governance structures to ensure effective decision-making and risk management.
- Develop and implement program management tooling, processes, workflows, and systems.
- Monitor and report on program/project performance, including key performance indicators, risks, and interdependencies.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and projects to ensure alignment and transparency.
- A degree qualification with more than 5 years' experience in program/project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
