Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
">Job Description:
">We are seeking a seasoned structural engineer to lead our team in Dublin. As a senior structural engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and coordination of structural projects, managing inputs from junior engineers and technicians.
">You will liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
">Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving technical drawings and documentation prior to issue, conducting site inspections and structural assessments as part of ongoing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with quality management procedures across all project stages.
">You will also contribute to technical reviews and professional development, mentor and support junior staff, and foster growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in an engineering design consultancy environment (3+ years Irish experience), a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, and Chartered status with Engineers Ireland or IStructE.
">You should possess excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills, be competent working primarily on your own initiative but also as part of a team, and hold a full clean Irish driving licence.
