Job Description

As the Data & AI Lab Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading our new Data and AI Lab. You will partner with our business leadership team to rapidly identify, develop, and deliver data, AI, and analytics-driven proof-of-concepts that generate tangible business value.

You will collaborate with business leaders to uncover use cases, co-design and develop solutions, and ensure successful handover to operational teams.

This role requires a true innovator who sees possibilities in data and AI, and can inspire their team to solve complex energy challenges using technology and insight.

About You

  • ">
  • You have a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • You have 10+ years of experience in data science, AI, or analytics, including 5+ years in a leadership role with a strong delivery track record.">
  • You have proven experience identifying, developing, and delivering proof-of-concepts with measurable business impact.">
  • You have a deep understanding of analytics, applied machine learning, data engineering, and GenAI.">
  • You have a strong understanding of complex business processes and the ability to translate them into data-driven opportunities.">
  • You have a commercial mindset with a strong focus on identifying and delivering business value and outcomes.">
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.">
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and an iterative, fail-fast approach to innovation.">
