Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Medical Information Services in Europe. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and native-level Italian, with additional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional responses to medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from customers.
  • Ensure alignment to standards and focus on customer experience (CX).
  • Document all customer interactions, including enquiries, Product Complaints and Adverse Events, in the appropriate computer systems, following business procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and respond adequately to customer inquiries, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and promote Operational Excellence by sharing effective methods and practices with colleagues to satisfy customer needs and provide input/feedback for continuous improvement of daily processes.
  • Maintain and enhance product and organizational knowledge.
  • Support organizational changes and demonstrate flexibility in providing coverage and/or availability for the front line via scheduling adjustments for unexpected absences, events, or call volume variances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are also essential.
