Quality Systems Manager

The Site Self-Inspection Lead plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and inspection readiness at the manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead self-inspections to ensure GMP compliance
- Conduct facility walk-throughs to identify areas for improvement
- Manage the self-inspection program, including scheduling, CAPAs, and training
- Support regulatory inspection readiness and participate in global audits
- Audit third-party suppliers to ensure quality standards are met
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of quality systems and be able to apply global GMP standards to improve site systems and processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
