Main Responsibilities:
- Implement Service Standards
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
Sales FocusEnsure all team members are sales-focused, receive ongoing training, and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming. Foster a culture of teamwork and support among staff members.
Operations SupervisionSupervise daily department operations, maintaining company brand standards and adherence to shift controls and procedures. Monitor and control inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize labor costs.
Compliance and Risk ManagementComply with statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, Risk Assessment, Licensing Laws, Disability, and employment legislation. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Promotional OpportunitiesSuggest and assist with promotional opportunities to meet and exceed departmental sales targets. Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Food and Beverage Knowledge
Knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
Collaboration SkillsAbility to work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
ProfessionalismProfessionalism and courtesy at all times, providing excellent customer service and representing the organization in a positive manner.
