We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a high-performing restaurant team, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a high-performing restaurant team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and seamless restaurant operations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Menu Planning and Inventory Management: Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and drive revenue growth.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including cash handling, stock control, and health and safety procedures.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene (or equivalent).
