- You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the success of our restaurant.
- Your top priority will be to look after all of your guests and ensure the rest of the team follows your example - providing recommendations, upselling, and going above and beyond.
- You'll master the knowledge of our products, wines, and cocktails and contribute to the training of junior staff members.
- You'll play a key role in opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring seamless operations at all times.
- You'll maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and organization across the restaurant.
- You'll support the management team in onboarding new staff members.
- You'll embody the Big Mamma spirit by spreading magic and making our customers' day unforgettable.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A warm, smiling attitude towards customers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience as a head waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant is essential
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
