Join La Squadra: RESTAURANT MANAGER @ Dublin (New Opening). With Big Mamma\'s rapid expansion, we\'re taking an exciting step into a new European capital – landing in Dublin. We\'re looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager (M/F/X) to join La Squadra in our brand-new trattoria in the heart of the city. Start date: ASAP, with onboarding taking place at our London restaurants.

Main Responsibilities
  • Service Quality: Guarantee excellence, consistency, and speed of service in line with Big Mamma\'s standards.
  • Guest Experience: Supervise a warm and attentive welcome for all guests.
  • Restaurant Performance: Optimize table turnover and ensure average spend meets set targets.
  • Operational Flow: Ensure smooth daily operations on the floor.
  • Hygiene: Maintain high cleanliness standards in the dining area.
  • Cost Control: Identify ways to optimize labor costs related to front-of-house operations.
  • Team Scheduling: Manage team rosters and shift planning.
  • Stock Management: Oversee wine, dishware, and uniform inventory and orders.
  • Cash Handling: Be responsible for the cash register.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper upkeep of all front-of-house equipment.
Team Success
  • Recruitment: Approve new hires and oversee onboarding of new team members.
  • Training: Lead daily training sessions and share the Big Mamma vision with your team.
  • Team Cohesion: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Encourage strong coordination between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
  • Partnership with Assistant Manager: Work side by side with your Assistant Manager at least once a week to ensure smooth service.
