Investor Resolution Specialist

This critical role is responsible for managing the handling of Transfer Agency complaints, ensuring that escalated customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating all complaints promptly and within strict timeframes, treating all customers fairly and in accordance with Regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate all complaints and escalate issues to senior management as required.
  • Handle complaints in line with Regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Play a key role in the oversight and maintenance of the complaint handling process, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide support with investor customer care cases and complex issues impacting the investor experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the Transfer Agency operational area and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills to research and resolve enquiries and complete trend analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and proficiency in data analysis tools.
