Interior Design Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall design center operations.
- Implement Leadership Principles to develop successful team relationships.
- Drive new business through grassroots marketing initiatives.
- Develop written business plans.
- Review P&L statements monthly.
- Participate in community programs to increase exposure and awareness.
- Complete performance appraisals.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with five years of experience, or High School diploma or equivalent with ten years of progressive relevant work experience and practical interior design experience.
Entrepreneurial attitude and approach with strong communication and organizational skills, team leadership, and design process management are required.
BenefitsOur ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in residential interior design, broad knowledge of interior design and sales techniques, supervisory experience, and an entrepreneurial attitude and approach.
Additional InformationThe position requires team leadership and the ability to manage the design process, including reviewing and providing feedback on design projects using technical and creative skills in color and space planning.
