We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of high-profile projects.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project objectives.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Built strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management skills.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Project Manager in transport or related industries. They will possess strong financial management, budgetary control, and resource allocation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential.

Key Skills & Attributes
  • Proven track record of experience as a Project Manager in transport or related projects.
  • Strong technical skills, preferably in design and project delivery.
  • Experience in sustainable transport, including rail, active travel, and greenways.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience across planning, design, and construction phases.

This role requires Chartered Engineer status, ideally with a Level 9 master's degree in engineering or a cognate discipline. Specialized qualifications in transport-related fields are also beneficial.
