  • Embed a data-driven, technology-enabled approach to support successful development and delivery of market-led talent strategy.
  • Analyse complex data sets, trends and patterns to identify current and future workforce, skill and capability needs to enable business growth.
  • Prepare enterprise-wide reports addressing diverse audience needs and provide data-driven insights to support the development and effective implementation of strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure optimized delivery of key talent, performance and development processes, adopting a continuous improvement and integrated talent mindset.
